Heavy rain in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is causing severe flash flooding with some areas getting more than six inches in just four hours. It comes as record-breaking temperatures are bringing dangerous heat from the East and West Coasts. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the forecast.
