Democratic Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego, both of Arizona, spoke to reporters outside the office of Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., about their concerns over health care if a Republican spending bill were to be passed. Speaker Johnson joined them outside and engaged the two about the Democrats voting against plans to fund the government and getting a newly-elected congresswoman from Arizona sworn in to serve in the House of Representatives amid the shutdown.
